Refund policy

We have a 14 day refund policy on items that arrived damaged or inadequate. We cannot process a return unless its in its original packaging, and you can provide your receipt (physical or email) as well as photos of damage We cannot refund the postage cost.

International Shipping (EU & Worldwide)
We proudly ship our stickers, badges, and keyrings worldwide from the UK. Please note that all international orders are shipped DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid). This means the prices on our website do not include local taxes or customs fees.

When your package arrives in your country (such as Germany or Ireland), your local postal service or customs office will contact you via email or text to collect your country's standard VAT (e.g., 19% in Germany, 23% in Ireland) plus a small local postal handling fee. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Packages cannot be delivered until these local fees are paid.
